Every time your members spend at Cyan, your group earns — no extra cost, no complicated packages, no strings attached. Just locals supporting locals.
Your members come in, enjoy the venue, and your group earns from every dollar they spend.
It’s that simple.
Every verified transaction your members make at Cyan contributes to your group’s quarterly total. We track it, tally it, and pay it back — in cash and in function credit.
3% back in cash. Paid directly to your club or organisation each quarter.
3% back in Cyan Credit. Banked for a major event at Cyan — presentation night, end-of-season celebration, awards night, you name it.
Combined $5,000 annual cap per club. Year-round, not just season.
Anyone 18+ in your club community can sign up and link their spend to your group — players, parents, partners, ex-players, supporters, neighbours, friends of the club, sponsor businesses’ staff. Every dollar they spend at Cyan flows back to your club.
Your group earns from:
Private member functions count too. If one of your members books a private function at Cyan — a 30th, engagement, milestone celebration — and tells us in advance they’re with your club, that function’s entire spend flows into your club’s pool.
We honour all standard venue promotions at the time of purchase — happy hour, food specials, bottomless brunch and any other active offers. There are no inflated prices under this program.
Not included: Uber Eats and third-party delivery orders, ticketed band entry or event ticket sales.

That generates $30 cash back to your club plus $30 in Cyan Credit toward your next big event — every single quarter that your members keep showing up. A steady year with a wider supporter base lands $2–3k cash for the club without anyone doing anything they wouldn’t normally do.

When you join, Cyan supplies your group with printed Club Cards stamped with your unique partner code. Members present the card at the bar at the start of every transaction and Cyan logs the spend manually to your pool.
A Cyan App is in development. Once it’s live, members will scan via their phone instead of carrying the card – your accrued pool continues uninterrupted. We make no warranty on launch timing; the printed card runs until further notice.
This is a reciprocal partnership — which means it works best when both sides show up for each other.

Cyan Bar & Lounge is a locally owned, independently run venue in Mentone. Owner Simone Sandwith took on an older site and completely rebuilt it from the ground up — and it’s now one of the most versatile social venues on the Bayside.
Two levels. Three bars. The biggest dance floor in Mentone. Live music, DJs, salsa nights, sport on the TVs, food, drinks and a morning coffee cart — all under one roof.

Members’ personal info is never shared with your club, other clubs, or any third party. Your club only ever sees aggregate, de-identified numbers (e.g. “63 of your members are signed up”) — never names or contact details. Members are only contacted via channels they opt into.
